Cancellation Policy

At BlushingKashmir, we understand that plans can change. We aim to keep our cancellation policy as transparent and fair as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to booking@blushingkashmir.com.

1. Standard Cancellation Charges

The following charges apply to cancellations of tour packages:

Time of Cancellation (Prior to Arrival)	Cancellation Charge
30 Days or more	10% of total tour cost
15 - 29 Days	25% of total tour cost
7 - 14 Days	50% of total tour cost
Less than 7 Days or No Show	100% of total tour cost (No Refund)

2. Hotel & Flight Specific Policies

Please note that some premium 4-star and 5-star hotels, as well as houseboats, may have strict non-refundable policies, especially during peak seasons (May-June & Dec-Jan). If such properties are included in your package, their specific cancellation policies will supersede our standard policy.

Any flight tickets booked through us will be subject to the airline's cancellation policy. Airline convenience fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Booking Modifications & Postponement

If you wish to postpone your trip rather than cancel, you may do so up to 15 days prior to arrival without incurring a standard cancellation charge, subject to the following:

• The postponed trip must commence within 6 months of the original date.
• Any difference in hotel rates or seasonal surcharges for the new dates must be paid by the customer.
• A flat rescheduling fee of ₹2000 per booking will apply.

4. Force Majeure (Act of God)

In the event that the tour is cancelled or cut short due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, extreme weather, curfews, or political unrest), no refunds will be provided for the unutilized services. We will, however, try to issue a credit note for future travel where possible.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
